Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours before appointment time will result in a cancellation fee in the amount of your reserved services.
(Sunday call-in/message cancellations for Monday services are not accepted or recognized as sufficient notice.)
We know that your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and other clients we ask that you please give a 24-hour notice if you have to cancel your scheduled appointment. When you book your appointment, we are reserving a space on our calendar just for you that is no longer available to our other clients. Please understand we are a small business. and our appointment times are limited.
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that life happens and sometimes scheduled appointments may need to be adjusted; however, any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours before appointment time will result in a cancellation fee in the amount of your reserved services.
We also ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointments. If you are coming in for the first time, please arrive at least 10 minutes early to fill out the appropriate paperwork. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate your full scheduled time, in which case, your appointment might be cut short or your full service fee or the above mentioned cancellation fee will apply.
We require a credit/debit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services at our discretion.
